Our Story
geluna: a desire to share our love and passion for authentic gelato with you.
We met in 2011, while we were both living in London. With Italy just a short flight away, we couldn’t resist spending long weekends there stuffing our faces with all that Italian cuisine has to offer. Every meal ended with gelato, of course! When we moved to Cary, we realized it was the perfect location for an authentic gelato shop. We studied at Carpigiani’s Gelato University in Bologna and trained with a master gelatiere, before opening Geluna Gelato in 2022. We look forward to scooping for you!
